relaxing day today. short ride so we woke up late and went across the street in Granby to a coffee shop where I got some biscuits and gravy. We started our bike ride at noon which was cool but it brought heavy afternoon winds. a gust could knock you down 10 mph in a couple of seconds.
Once in Kremmling, a bunch of us ate at shake n’ burger where i got a delicious blueberry milkshake and burger. Then Dave and i struck out to the fairgrounds main attraction that day where trucks were muddin’ for best times. It was fun/funny to watch while the trucks slung mud all over us. Later that night we walked to the park where we all played with sparklers and watched fireworks! at the end of the night, we headed back to the RV park where we were camping, got our clothes out of the rain, and hit the sack… the morning was super cold but it was the greatest for sleeping… hot morning cocoa on our way to steamboat hit the spot as well.
