back on cooler crew starting today. got to make the gatorade this morning then help clean all the coolers by night. today’s 79 miles was fun. THE BIGGEST ball of twine in the world. uber cool. dave, laura, and i played the ABC game after lunch. It took 40 miles for Laura to finally win - there are nooo signs in kansas that contribute to the game. once in phillipsburg, ks, a few of us stopped to eat at the chubby pickle. great name, great super chubby with cheese and bacon, great highlighter green shirt i bought to remember it. then the pool where little girls giggled at me as i walk by them in my bibs and tan-lines. one little kid with goggles on asked me if i was wearing a girls bathing suit
